MURPH
In honor of Navy Seal Lt. Michael Murphy, come push yourself and do the MURPH workout at Bellamy. Complete the workout on your own schedule. It consists of a one mile run, 200 push-ups, 100 pull-ups, 300 squats, and a final one mile run.
